Here are the Raft Race results!
Building on the success of the new, larger format event of 2016, Riverfest 2017 brought great weather, 21 rafts, 9 bands, many stalls including a really good range of food, a bar, rides and attractions and more. Roll on next year!

This is a free to enter one day event, based around the River Great Ouse. It combines a Duck Race, an amateur Raft Race, plus craft, food and drink stalls and live bands.

We have loads of craft stalls, food stalls and a licensed bar. We also have some attractions for you to play on:
Crazy golf, from CrazyGolf4U
Ponies, from Little Dreams
Go Karts, from Gadget Karts
Reptiles, from Lee's Reptiles
Sumo suits, inflatable basket ball hoops and trampolines, from Prestige Bouncy Castles
Small fun fair, from John Scarrott & Sons
Bands:
The band stage is in the bar tent, and we have a whole stack of live performers and bands to keep you entertained:
1.30pm - Trevor Aldred: Brilliant acoustic country rock guitar and vocals.
1.50pm - Emily Burnie: Amazing young singer/songwriter with keyboard and beautiful vocals.
2.10pm - Billy Nomad: Original and fantastic, Billy on acoustic guitar and vocals is a great sight to see and hear.
2.40pm - Matt Viney and Joe McCallum: Local favourites Matt and Joe with acoustic guitar, vocals, and bass, delivering an upbeat mix of original tunes and classic covers.
3.10pm - Mark Owen: Fantastic melodic songwriting delivered with acoustic guitar and great vocals, Mark is always in demand because he's just so good.
3.45pm - --Raft Race Presentations--
4.05pm - Taylor Smith: Milton Keynes' finest, bold and brilliant songwriting delivered with passion on acoustic guitars, vocals and a cajon.
4.50pm - Ian Roberts: Melodic and catchy pop songwriting with a message, all delivered with acoustic guitar, vocals, lead guitar, bass, and percussion.
5.50pm - Black Hawk Down: These are proper heavy tuneful souls who love to thrash out their own brand of banging high octave music, we've asked them to do an acoustic set because they are brilliant either way, so expect a few acoustic guitars, bass, keyboard, cajon, and great vocals.
6.50pm - Naked Next Door: THE best up and coming young band around, these young guys are writing their own brand of pop songs and belting them out in style, everyone is predicting big things for these boys, expect sweet upbeat tunes on guitars, bass, drums, and amazing vocals.
7.35pm - finish
The bands for the day have all been booked by Ian Roberts.

Parking is available at Emberton Park though note that vehicles attract an entry fee to the site. The people in the gate house can point you towards the Weir. Postcode MK46 5SJ.

Olney has various Public Car Parks which aren't far from the site, which is at the Eastern end of the Sports Ground - see this map.The nearest postcode to the site is MK46 4DW. Note that there is no Public parking on this site!
