OLNEY RIVERFEST will be held on Sunday 7th July 2019
This is a free to enter one day event, based around the River Great Ouse. It combines a Duck Race, an amateur Raft Race, plus craft, food and drink stalls and live bands.

Dogs are welcome at our event. Please keep your dog on a lead and clean up after any mess it makes.

What's on at the Riverfest field?
We'll have a variety of stalls and rides. And we'll have a marquee with a band stage featuring music from 1.00pm to 7.00pm.

We have some great acts for you this year!
1.00pm - Saloni: This 17 year old Milton Keynes based singer songwriter based has been singing Indian Classical Music since the age of four. She's developed an interest in Western Pop and Bollywood and wishes to bring you the best of both! In June 2017, Saloni won Milton Keynes Upcoming Female Artist and later in the Summer she appeared on stage with the famous Indian Idol Winner of 2017! www.facebook.com/SaloniMusic/
1.25pm - Trevor Aldred: Local singer and guitarist Trevor will entertain you.
1.50pm - Brooke Layla: Brooke is a 15 year old singer/songwriter based in Milton Keynes. She's supported Peter Andre and performed on the Micheal McIntyre Big Show. Describing herself as a soul/R&B alternative sound with deep, powerful tones, she loves live performances and hopes to hit the festival scene over the next few years. www.facebook.com/brookelaylasinger/
2.15pm - Andy Griffiths: Hailing from the fenlands of Cambridgeshire via the cosmopolitan melting pot of Leicester, Andy Griffiths has been steadily garnering attention in recent years on the Midlands music scene, charming audiences with his warm, soulful baritone, storytelling and emphasis on the primacy of great melodies and chords. www.andygriffiths.net/

3.40pm - Holy Ghost Zone Gospel Choir: This fantastic Milton Keynes based choir and band are here to entertain you! www.facebook.com/holyghostzone.church
4.20pm - Tinkers Lane: This local five piece band move effortlessly from intimate love songs to melodic upbeat summer tunes that will have you dancing and dreaming of a better and more colourful World. When they call you to arms it's always through love and an understanding of others' needs. It really is music that breaks the mould. www.facebook.com/TinkersLaneBand/
5.30pm - The Rogue State Circus: This is a truly, truly genre-warping band, but Indie Folk-Rock Powerpop seems to cover most of the bases. The band is all about the songwriting and the songs; originals only, except for charitable events. They love performing acoustically as well as in full band format. Their influences include The Beatles, Bacharach, Blur, Prefab Sprout, Divine Comedy, Magazine, Squeeze, Kinks, Big Star, Crowded House, Manics, Killers, Elvis Costello, Richard Thompson and The Stranglers. www.facebook.com/theroguestatecircus/
